An overview of Belsheim & Bruckert, L.L.C.’s major past and current accomplishments include:
• We represented Caseyville Sport Choice regarding a residential and retail community with a 487-acre first phase and two additional commercial phases in Caseyville. We handled the financing, TIF bond, sales tax negotiations, land assembly and condemnation. We also negotiated, litigated and won EPA changes for water and sewer.
• We have been involved with the development of numerous subdivision, commercial and retail centers in St. Clair and Madison Counties.
• We have represented numerous small businesses in asset sales, mergers, and acquisitions.
• We have assisted clients in creating new corporations and limited liability companies (LLC’s), as well as preparing By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Annual Reports, and Annual Meeting Minutes.
• We have represented clients in the Appellate Court of Illinois on several areas of law.
